The Crescent City Model Railroad Club (CCMRC) is home to one of the largest HO scale layouts in the Gulf South. We are located in Metairie, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans (aka the Crescent City). We model a fictitious railroad, called the Crescent Lines, whose mainlines carry freight and passengers to and from the beautiful south.

foot HO Scale boxcar to celebrate it's 60th Anniversary
in 2016. It is available for a donation of $30.00 for
each car, plus $6.00 shipping for the first car and $2.00
for each additional car ordered. It is available in 1 road
number that commemorates the clubs founding in
March of 1956.

Crescent City Model Railroad Club at the March 5, 2016 TCA Ponchatoula Train Show
CCMRC members promoted the club at the TCA Train Show in Ponchatoula this weekend and had a very successful day doing so. Thanks go out to Marvin, Chuck, Tommy, Jonathan, Maureen, Ken Mason, Ken Gaudet, LJ, Michael and Tom for coming and helping out. It was a great debut effort for our club at the show. We had some Crescent LInes equipment on display, video presentations from the club layout and some mini-clinics going on throughout the day. We had LOTS of positive feedback about what we had on display, our clinics and on our sign up sheet for people that are interested in our 60th anniversary club car. Train Collectors of America Ponchatoula Train Show
The Crescent City Model Railroad Club will be participating in the TCA sponsored Ponchatoula Train Show at the First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula, 325 E. Pine St., Ponchatoula, LA. The show is from 9 AM to 3 PM in the school gym. Admission is $5.00 a person, children 6 and under are free. The train show is held in Ponchatoula in conjunction with the Ponchatoula Trade Days & Craft Fair.
